Cashier's Office

The Cashier's Office, located at 2-210 CC, is responsible for teller service during regular work days. Hours are generally Monday and Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Hours are reduced during holiday and zero-sections and notices of reduced hours are posted well in advance (EXCEPTION: Cashier's Office hours on Monday, December 22, 2008 are noon - 1 p.m.). Some of the services the Cashier's Office provides include:

Check Cashing:
Check cashing is available to students and employees with proper I.D. up to $150 daily (for students, the validated school I.D.)

Departmental Deposits:
Handle deposits from various activities on campus

Financial Aid Emergency Loans:
Process student emergency loans originating from the Financial Aid Department

Payroll Checks:
Pay checks are available for pick-up every other Friday from the Cashier's Office

Payroll, student refund, travel advance, reimbursement, etc. checks drawn on Fridays can be picked up in the Cashier's Office between 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., and in the Student Accounts office between 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. If not picked up on a Friday, they will be available for pick up during regular Cashier's Office hours throughout the rest of the following week.
